IMPROVED WEAR PARTS INCREASES MILL EFFICIENCY IN POWER SECTOR

Efficient fuel processing mills are a critical part of power generation wherever electricity is produced by burning fossil fuels. Following extensive research, Vega Industries, in conjunction with parent company AIA Engineering, has developed a series of improvements that offer the following advantages:

Increased working life for mills
Reduced maintenance requirements
Improvement in the consistency of supply
Improvement in the quality of processed fuel

These improvements apply to both single inlet/single outlet mills and double inlet/double outlet mills. Specific elements to arise from the research programme include:

Extended life of head liners
More efficient Lifting Liners – including bolted, semi-bolted and boltless designs
Improved classifying liners – again including bolted, semi-bolted and boltless designs
